A reflection practice built on your type.
Everything you write stays on this device: no account, no server.
The daily check-in and the weekly session are built from four methods: naming a specific goal, planning when and where you will act on it, keeping a record, and writing reflectively. Researchers have tested each one across hundreds of studies, and the effects run from small to moderate.
Coach Jung uses a type frame because it gives you a vocabulary, not because it gives you a diagnosis. Your four letters decide which exercise comes first, and which words describe it. Treat the letters as a starting guess you can revise.
Coach Jung does not claim that an exercise matched to your type does more for you than an unmatched one. Nobody has shown that. The closest comparable idea, matching teaching to learning styles, failed every time researchers tested it properly.
